On November 30, 2024, the award ceremony for the winners of the All-Russian 'Young Entrepreneur of Russia' competition took place at the National Center 'Russia' in Moscow. Arsen Lazaryan was invited to serve as a jury member for the competition in the 'Innovative and Technological Entrepreneurship' category of the 'Advanced Entrepreneur' league. The competition was held as part of the national project 'Effective and Competitive Economy,' approved by the President of the Russian Federation. Over 7,000 applications were submitted from 89 regions of Russia. Partners included some of Russia's largest banks and companies, such as Sberbank, Rosselkhozbank, RusAgro, VK, Skolkovo, and others.

On September 18, 2024, the XII Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Forum took place in Moscow. During the event, Arsen Lazaryan delivered a presentation titled 'Revenue & Margin Assurance: A Holistic Approach to Increasing Company Profit.' The presentation addressed current issues and new approaches to revenue management and improving customer profitability. The forum featured an authorial methodology for managing customer margins, combining Margin Assurance and ABC analysis, which had previously been published in the scientific journal 'Vestnik Svyazi.' The forum was attended by independent experts, representatives from telecom operators, digital ecosystems, banks, and Roskomnadzor.

On February 24, 2022, the XI Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Forum took place. At the conference, Arsen Lazaryan presented a report on the topic 'Innovative Algorithms for Detecting GSM Gateways to Reduce Telecom Operators' Revenue Losses.' The event was organized by the Corporate Events Agency and gathered industry experts, telecom operators, and regulatory representatives.
