I am a leader and recognized expert in the field of revenue management in Russia. From 2008 to 2021, I held various management positions in the revenue management department of a mobile and fixed-line telecommunications operator, MTS, a company with an outstanding business reputation, well-known both in Russia and abroad.
Starting my career as a junior specialist, I achieved remarkable success and rose to the level of a federal-level executive. I managed the revenues of MTS, Russia's largest telecommunications operator, which stands alongside global leaders such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and Vodafone.
In 2012, I was recognized as the Best Manager in the MTS Recognition Program. Twice, in 2015 and 2020, I was awarded departmental honors by the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Digital Development and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. I was included in the talent pool under the MTS 'Talent Management' program. In 2014, I temporarily served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Southern Macro-Regional Branch of MTS, responsible for the company’s business in two federal districts of Russia.
In 2016, I implemented a large-scale project to consolidate the revenue assurance function across MTS's federal fixed-line network in Russia. I introduced a unified approach to revenue control for MTS's fixed-line business following the integration of new operators as part of M&A activities. I optimized over 40 mobile communication products and services, significantly increasing the company's profitability.
In 2020, I implemented a project to optimize the revenue assurance functionality for MTS's subsidiary, MTGS, and introduced unified approaches and standards for revenue management.
I am the author of five research articles dedicated to revenue assurance, margin management, and investment strategies for mobile operators. I am a regular participant and speaker at industry conferences focused on Revenue Assurance in telecommunications.

In 2021, I left MTS and began my own private practice as an independent expert and consultant. Life has taught me that companies doomed to fail are as rare as the Amur tiger. In 95% of cases, everything can be resolved perfectly if there is the will and the effort. The key is to tackle each issue individually and solve it, step by step, eliminating flaws and replacing them with quality alternatives. This approach gets the whole mechanism up and running.
Revenue decline? Team conflicts? Weak marketing and sales? Intense competition? Lack of finances, ideas, or experience? Poor product?
There may be even more problems, but that doesn’t mean anything. The thing is, if you start solving problems, they become fewer and fewer each time. It seems like very simple math, but it’s only achievable for the strong and persistent.
