Margin Assurance — a method of increasing business efficiency

The article presents a new practical method called Margin Assurance, allowing communication operators to calculate the profitability of subscribers, segment the customer base according to various financial criteria to increase business profit. A special value is the possibility of quick practical implementation of the proposed methodology. An original vision of using the results of ABC analysis for customer base segmentation is presented.
